Savings and environmental care;

1. We have 85% energy saving bulbs.
2. We have sensors & timers.
3. We are in the process of changing from electrical heaters to direct electrical heaters and gas heaters.
4. We are investigating the use of cold sea water to cool our AC systems as our Resort is beachfront located.
5. We have a towel and linen reuse program.
6. We have energy efficient appliances.
7. We use bio chemicals to clean our dirt waters.
8. Our security controls the lights on the resort by occupation.
9. Some periods we don’t use parts of the hotel, to save cost on energy.
10. Our staff is trained on saving energy and reuse products (like paper).
11. We try to use as less paper as possible and do most communication by email.
12. We have our own water well, we don’t use water from the public system.
13. We have a saving program to teach guests in a friendly way to save on A/C (min temp. 24C for the A/C).
14. We shut down A/C when guests are not at their rooms.
    
15. No waste water comes in the river next to our project.
16. All waist waters are handled with bio chemicals and the end product goes to the public waste water system.
17. We use for the gardens no chemicals.
