• Membership in the Morgan’s Cove Members Club cost you $145 or $290 per year and is available to individuals residing in countries that legally permit participation in frequent guest programs. Your participation in the Morgan’s Cove Members Club indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions as well as any changes or modifications made to them.
• Must be 18 years or older to participate.
• Personal Profile is completed at www.morgans-cove.com, and registers you for membership that allows Morgan’s Cove Members Club to service you according to your specific requests. Changes can be made to your password-protected profile online or by contacting the Morgan’s Cove Members Club by e-mail at member@morgans-cove.com or phone at +506) 2643-3147
• Personal Preference: Whenever possible, personal preferences as indicated in the member's online profile will be met, based on availability.
• Welcome Indulgence: Whenever possible, members are greeted with a welcome indulgence during their stay. Morgan’s Cove Members Club retains the right to change or discontinue offering a welcome indulgence at any time.
• Neither accounts nor program points may be shared or combined.
• Rewards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed. Morgan’s Cove Members Club and their program partners are not responsible for rewards lost in the mail.
• Hotel stay reward certificates have a one-year expiration and cannot be re-deemed for cash value. Expiration date or validity date of each reward will be printed on the reward certificate. Reward certificates cannot be redeemed for cash value.
• All rewards are subject to availability.
• Morgan’s Cove Members Club is not responsible for points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity.
• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• We cannot give credit (cash) for partially used reward certificates.
• Members cannot receive reward points for visits made prior to joining the program.
• Failure to present ID of member Club at time of visit or reservation may delay or prevent advantages of the member Club.
• No advantages are earned for no-show or reservations that are cancelled.
• Other rates that do not earn advantages are crew rates, employee rates, complimentary rates, Morgan’s Cove Members Club reward certificate stays, and certain contracted rates.
• Foreign and International travelers using vouchers for payment not eligible for advantages.
• Advantages cannot be earned or accrued for complimentary or barter rooms, charges paid by wholesale tour operator packages or other voucher for certain discounted rates including, but not limited to rates or stays booked via discounted websites, Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Hoteldiscount.com, Travelocity.com or similar booking channels where the hotel brand is unknown at time of purchase i.e., Priceline.com, Hotwire.com.
• Members are responsible for notifying Morgan’s Cove Members Club at +506) 2643-3147 or on the website at www.morgans-cove.com if member information changes, participating locations and program partners are not responsible for lost, delayed or undeliverable mail.
• Suspected illegal, fraudulent or other unauthorized use of Morgan’s Cove Members Club issued membership cards, vouchers, coupons and certificates or any other activity inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall result in termination of membership.
• Morgan’s Cove Members Club reserves the right to charge for membership card replacement ($30).
• Advantages are not awarded for special promotions.
• Any applicable tax liabilities resulting from points awarded under the program are the responsibility of the member.
• The program shall be run in accordance with these Terms and Conditions at all times. In the event of an error administering the program which is contrary to these Terms and Conditions Morgan’s Cove Members Club reserves the right to enforce these Terms and Conditions.
• Membership will be suspended after two years of account inactivity. Former members are welcome to reactivate their membership by contacting the Morgan’s Cove Members Club by e-mail at member@morgans-cove.com or phone at +506) 2643-3147
• Morgan’s Cove Members Club eNewsletter: Morgan’s Cove Members Club members will receive a quarterly email newsletter that includes information and special news about Morgan’s Cove Resort. Members can opt-out of these messages at any time.
• Special offers: Morgan’s Cove Members Club will send Club members exclusive offers via email or mail, including special introductory announcements and offers for our newest hotels. Members can opt-out of these messages at any time.
• Respecting your privacy is important for us. However, we may from time to time send you certain program information that may include, but is not limited to, marketing materials which will inform you of special offers and products we believe would be of interest to you. You will be given the opportunity to opt-out from receiving these materials. Please see our privacy policy for more details.
• Morgan’s Cove Members Club reserves the right to audit membership accounts at any time.
• Morgan’s Cove Members Club reserves the right to change the program rules, conditions, benefits, rewards, add unlimited number of blackout dates; or limit the number of rooms available for reward redemption at any or all locations at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
• Morgan’s Cove Members Club reserves the right to add or withdraw participating locations at any time.
• Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be valid and notice of the termination or suspension of the program will be validly given when posted at www.morgans-cove.com.
• Employees of Morgan’s Cove Resort are not eligible to participate in the Morgan’s Cove Members Club except for specially designated employee programs.
• Morgan’s Cove Members Club make no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied, and expressly disclaim any and all liability (including consequential damages) with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided through the Morgan’s Cove Members Club and program partners.
• The Morgan’s Cove Members Club is offered by Morgan’s Cove Resort, the core boutique brand of Hard Rock SA, Costa Rica.
• Interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Morgan’s Cove Members Club.
• Members must be 18 years of age or older to select an alcoholic beverage as a welcome indulgence. Morgan’s Cove Members Club reserves the right to withhold a welcome indulgence at anytime and for any reason.
• Morgan’s Cove Members Club reserves the right to refuse delivery of rewards at anytime and for any reason. Upon refusal of a reward, member may select another reward of equal value or receive a credit to their Morgan’s Cove Members Club account equal to the value of the reward.
• Members are bound by these Terms and Conditions and by all applicable laws.
